新年を迎えお正月ムードの水曜日17時少し前、夕食で訪問しました。
店員さんの丁寧な接客と清潔感ある店内の駅近のわりにリーズナブルな店舗です。
■水菜のサラダ（590円税込）
水菜に半熟卵とパリパリ食感の揚げ蕎麦がアクセントの一皿です。
2～3人でシェアできます。
■だし巻き玉子（640円税込）
あっさり淡泊で玉子の味がシンプルに味わえる一皿でした。
■揚げ出し豆腐（440円税込）
淡泊な豆腐の味が活きる大根おろしとあっさり優しいだし汁に浸された一品です。
■穴子の天婦羅（1190円税込）
食べやすく一口大にカットされた、熱々ふわふわの穴子をサクッと触感の軽い衣で包んだ一品です。
だし汁に浸して優しい風味とともに、or素材の味をシンプル活かした塩でいただきました。
■冷おろしせいろ（1090円税込）
