Anyway Oyster, Oyster, Oyster.
This restaurant is full of Oyster. Even with this, Oyster came out from the beginning to the end. I appreciate that, but are they all the same Oyster? ? Since the oysters weren't sorted by production area, it didn't feel like a comparison of tasting Oyster. I thought that different types of Oyster are suitable for different types of cooking. This is my second visit to this restaurant that serves a lot of Oyster. I wonder what will come out today. The first thing that came out was 1. Matsumae pickles and cod roe. I want to eat it with rice lol 2. Raw Oyster from Iwate are delicious as plums. 3. Firefly squid from Toyama Bay, nicely pickled. This goes well with alcohol. 4. Bluefin tuna and wild flounder are really delicious. 5. Two types of grilled Oyster (ponzu sauce and white sauce) are very hot, so you will get burned if you are not careful when eating them. It's bliss to be able to enjoy both the refreshing and rich flavors. 6. Two fried Oyster, they were crispy and hot and very delicious, but personally I wanted tartar sauce. 7. Matsuzaka beef and Oyster gomtang soup has a gentle flavor and a good soup stock that will soothe you. 8. Oyster rice has lots of Oyster and is delicious. It was even more delicious when I added the dashi soup. 9. The strawberry dessert was sweet, refreshing and delicious. Thank you for the meal.
