他席とのサービスの差が凄い(笑)
こちらのコースで1人11000円となかなか強気。
どれも加熱されているのと、
どこ産の牡蠣かなども説明されていないので、
良い牡蠣を使っているわけではない気がします。
単純に店主の味付けが上手なのだろうと。。
なので味は普通に美味しかったです。
