金曜19時半過ぎ、予約なしで何店舗か伺うも満席で入れず、行き着いた千串屋。数年ぶりの再訪。うる覚えでも美味しかった記憶がある。

鶏肉を贅沢に使った大振りな串で満足感がある。
かしわ柚子胡椒焼は柚子胡椒を練り込んで焼いているようで珍しいなと思った。
鳥わさはお肉の新鮮さがわかる綺麗なピンク色で、その柔らかさに驚く。
つなぎ黒七味添えはコスパ最高。
こちらも柔らかく甘めのタレがよくあって美味しかった。
