六本木一丁目駅から行くとちょっと分かりにくいですが、六本木通りに面するグランドプラザ1Fに入っているテナント。
健民といえばのやっぱりあとケンミンの焼きビーフンのお店でした。
普通想定する焼きビーフンの大衆的な店構えではなく50席弱の狭い店内ではありますが、高級中華の雰囲気を出そうとしているところはなんかカワイイ感じです。
いろいろ組み合わせが選べるようですが初めてなのでベーシックな、、、
日替わりランチ(990円)
ビーフン料理と日替わりで中華の一品が着いてくるセットです。本日は油淋鶏との事でこちらと、福建風焼きビーフンを選びました。これに中華スープがついてきます。
ビーフンは福建風焼きビーフン、ピリ辛焼きビーフン、福建風汁ビーフン、ピリ辛汁ビーフン、汁なし坦々麺の中から好みに合わせて選べます。
大盛りは200円増し。
というわけで、実食、、、っ！
看板メニューとなる福建風焼きビーフンは確かに1度は食べて見てほうがよい一品です。
何かって言うと、まずは食感！火力のせいなのかカリッとした食感と、中華だしの香ばしい香りが拡がってプチ感動。
家で作ると水分や余分な油でベチャッとなるのが当たり前でそういうものなのかと思っていましたが、これが同じ「ケンミンの焼きビーフン」なのか、、、！
そして日替わりの油淋鶏も一口サイズの唐揚げが6個と意外なボリューミー。六本木でこの仕事で、このコスパはかなりなもんです。
中華料理屋行ってもなかなか焼きビーフンを頼むことって少ないですよね。
なんか、「焼きビーフンて本当は美味しいんだよ！」っていうケンミンのプロモーション店舗のような気がしてきました。
この味を知ったらただでさえ頼まないのに、他で焼きビーフン頼まなくなるだろうし、下手すると家でも作る気が失せてきました。
思い立って焼きビーフンが食べたいなって言う時に自然に足が向いてしまいそうです。
多分、また来ちゃうな、、、
今回はランチでしたが夜の中華料理屋としての方も結構イケてるみたいなのでちょっと試してみたいですね。
