東京メトロ日比谷線六本木駅４ａ出口から徒歩５分、都営大江戸線六本木駅６番出口から徒歩２分のところにある神戸ビーフの専門店です。
このお店は高級で会食に近い使い方をできるのに、店内は明るく堅苦しい雰囲気はありません。
取引先の担当者にかなりお世話になったので、お礼を兼ねてランチで『ビフテキのカワムラ』を訪れました。
本当は夜お誘いするつもりでしたが、新婚さんなので辞めました（笑）
『特選神戸ビーフロースステーキランチ』12100円を二人分注文しました。
すごく柔らかく、旨味を濃く味わえて、美しい霜降りを堪能しました。
「口の中でとろける」と言って喜んで食べてくれました、私も昼間から最高の贅沢をしてますます神戸牛が好きになりました。
ひとつ残念だったのが、神戸牛に合うワインがたくさん置いてあるのを知っていたので、次回は喜んでくれたこの担当者を連れて夜訪れようと思います。
