永利の向かいの階段から上がったが、正面の六本木通りからはエレベータで上がれる（オフィスビルぽいので違和感があると思うが）。日曜日もランチ営業、12時前に入ったが既に盛況（アルコール提供無し）。消毒と体温チェックを終えたら、黒烏龍茶を持って席へ案内してくれる。テーブル席、ソファ席、個室とバリエーションも席間隔も広い。
ダクトの無い無煙ロースターは性能高い。スタッフから気づいてお茶を注いでくれたり、皆さん笑顔で気持ちよい接客。
ご飯とわかめスープはセルフでお代わり可。千円と1,500円。コロナ禍だけのサービス（17時までランチ）みたいやけど。
アプリ入れてクーポン使ったので今回は900円。しかもアプリのスタンプカードも押してくれた。
PayPay使える。

肉源アプリ、ホットペッパー、食べログでネット予約出来るがランチの予約は食べログしか受け付けてくれない謎（ホットペッパーは15時から、肉源アプリはコースを指定しろというがランチにコースは無い）。
トック入りソルロンタンスープにごはんお替り自由（セルフ）、キムチ、サラダ、わかめスープ、肉は牛塩タン、中落カルビ、黒毛和牛カルビ、熟成ハラミがついて2千円（税込）。
肉のカットはお世辞にもボリュームがあるとはいえないし、後で供されたソルロンタンが熱々じゃなかったりもしたけど、無煙ロースターは高性能でデートでも匂いは気にならないはずｗ
若いスタッフの皆さんは笑顔で気持ちよい接客。
