義務教育で習う焼肉屋「うしごろ西麻布本店」に訪問。
幼少期、「自分はいつ大人になるのだろうか」、そんなことを考えていた。
年齢や体格は大人になった今でも、精神はこどものままで、「大人」の定義は不透明なまま。
幼少期からの疑問に今でも答えは出ないままであった。
そんな人生の終わらない命題に終止符を打つ時が来た。
「うしごろに来たことがあるか無いか」
これが「大人」の定義なのだと確信をもって言える。
目の前に降臨する神秘的な御肉に五感を研ぎ澄まし、心から「いただきます」と呟く。いや、無意識に呟いていた。
洗練された料理は身も心も洗練してくれる。
きっと今の私は1段階上の人生のステージにいるだろう。
