星条旗通り沿いのマンションの一室。
以前伺った、近くの「きたむら」さんみたいなのを想像していましたが、店内も明るく、好印象でした。
＜お店・お席＞
六本木駅が最寄りになるかしら？
六本木駅からくるなら、ヒルズの方から階段降りて星条旗通りに出るのが早いかな？
＜お値段＞
コース20000円とかかしら？ビール、日本酒２合飲んで２万5,000円位
コスパ的には良いと思います。
つまみ→握りにいく感じも正統派で良いですね。ボタン海老は思わず「お酒」と言ってしまった程。鯖寿司もシャリの具合、鯖の状態、食感等とても美味しかったです。
ツマミはホントパーフェクトに近い位に良かったです。
ただ、少し残念だったのが握り。
水分量というか、口の中に入って噛んだ時のほどけ方が少々水分を感じてしまいました。
〆物などももうすこししっかり水分を拭ってから握った方が良いですね。
シャリは握りによって多少バラツキがあったので、改善されていたら嬉しいです。
