Chef Shinto Nakamura studied Japanese Cuisine at the famous restaurant Arashiyama Kitcho and under Mr. Rokusaburo Wa no Tetsujinjo, and further honed his skills at the famous restaurant Sushi Yoshitake in Ginza. Our specialty is our informal hospitality. Please enjoy our food and delicious sake slowly in our restaurant with a calm atmosphere.
Food Enjoy the fusion of Japanese food and Edomae sushi with the "selection Course".
The only course available is "selection". We offer 10 to 12 special dishes that reflect the changing seasons and 10 to 12 pieces of nigiri. When purchasing seafood, tuna is sourced from Toyosu Market. We order sea urchin, salmon roe, and monk liver from Hokkaido, snow crab from Ishikawa, and kueh from the Kyushu region, which are the best in season. The vinegared rice uses Kyoto's blended rice made by Gihei Hachidai, red vinegar and salt from Christmas Island. We purchase seasonal ingredients, so the menu may change depending on the season and availability.

The sake range includes Miyagi's Hidakami, which is specially made to go with sushi, Hakurakusei, Akita's Shinsei, Yamaguchi's Toyo Bijin, and Fukushima's Hiroki, which is a favorite drink of General Nakamura. , we mainly select spicy items. We also carry a variety of red and white wines, champagne, and whiskey, with a focus on well-balanced brands that do not interfere with the flavors of Japanese-style meal or delicate sushi.
