2018年の6月にオープンしたばかりでまだ2年もたっていないお店でコースは「おまかせ」のみで25000円。
西麻布のタクシーでないと行きずらいマンションの一室に、まさに隠れ家のようにあるのがまた何ともいい感じの寿司屋です。
おつまみからスタートして後からお寿司が出てくるスタイル。
喉黒にハマグリのおかゆがかかっていたり、まるでフレンチを食べているかのような感じになるアワビの肝ソースとアワビなど、独創性溢れる料理の数々もとても美味しい。
もちろんお寿司もとっても美味しくて、どのお寿司もめちゃくちゃ美味しくて大満足。
シメの卵焼きも芝海老の風味もしっかり感じられつつクリームチーズケーキを食べているかのような独特の食感が感じられる美味しい卵焼き。
どの料理も本当に美味しくて、またすぐに行きたいお店です。
