I feel at home from the moment I enter the store because of the smiling faces of the store staff. There are 6 seats at the counter.I guess this is because everyone is treated politely. So, in a space with plenty of room to feel, the somen noodles are luxurious from the start.This is very delicious and increases your appetite ❤️ Next is a moderately sized chawan mushi topped with arrowroot, and as expected, it is filled with chunks of large pufferfish milt.This is small. What kind of vessel is this? The pufferfish milt was so luxurious that it made my mouth happy.How can the abalone liver sauce be emulsified like this? French cuisine already? That's what you'd think, but it's not heavy at all, and even though it's creamy, it goes down your throat easily.Everything that comes out is delicious ^_^lol So, even though I'm eating calmly and slowly, I'm still impressed and busy lol.The consistency of the nigiri too. It's more like they're cooking the food and serving it to you.
