素材の旨みをうまく使っていてコースの最初から最後まで最高に良かったです。
特に魚を使った料理が美味しく、
最初の鯖から、カレイのムニエル、車海老の冷菜などはずば抜けて美味しかったです。
ナチュールワインもペアリングのようにグラスで違うものを出してくれて沢山色々なものが味わえました^ ^
また行きたい店舗です。
ワンオペなのでお料理のスピード感は少し遅めなので
ゆっくりお食事を楽しめます。
