Our soft, handmade mapo tofu is our specialty, made with as much handmade seasoning as possible. The tofu, which is handmade in the kitchen every morning, has a soft and smooth texture. In addition, the homemade bean sauce is made by fermenting fava beans and chili peppers, and is stir-fried until just before charring, giving it a deeper flavor.
