母がテレビで見付けて興味を持ったお店。母とランチに伺いました。
3000円のランチコースをいただきました。中国茶とおかずを選べるコースで、おかずは母とシェアしました。
まず、中国茶。10種類程度から選べます。迷った時は店員さんに相談すると、それぞれの特徴を教えてくれます。母が選んだものと飲み比べすると、全く違う風味のお茶で、どちらも美味しく、中国茶っていいなとなりました。飲み方は、器の蓋をちょこっとずらして飲むスタイル。2回、3回とお湯を足して飲み続けられます。この飲み方も楽しくて良かったです。
料理は、どれもスパイスが効いていて香り高く、どれも美味しかったです。辛味があるものも、程よい辛さで食べやすかったです。おかずはご飯も進みます。中国料理って地方によって全然違うけど、やはり四川料理好きです。ボリュームは少し多めだけど、朝ごはんを食べない日だったので、私にとってはちょうど良かったです。
