青山、麻布などの一等地に隣接する富裕層にも人気のエリア、六本木に店を構える「老四川 飄香小院」さんに伺いました。
2018年9月に開業されています。
アクセスは、東京メトロ日比谷線 六本木駅１C出口コンコースより直結しています。
都営地下鉄大江戸線 六本木駅３番出口より歩いて4分程です。
「六本木ヒルズ森タワーウェストウォーク」5階です。
銀座と広尾にも店があります。
店の外側の窓越しから見える厨房では、スタッフの方が作業している様子が見えます。
店内は、ブラウンを基調としたおしゃれでカジュアルな空間です。

個人的な感想を少し、、、
四川料理は、一般的に辛いというイメージですが、今回いただいたメニューは、それぞれの旨味が楽しめる中に後からか四川料理の嫌みのない辛さがついてきます。
「白子入り手作り柔らか豆腐の麻婆豆腐」は、コクがありまろやかな麻婆豆腐です。
