知人よりお誘いをいただき訪問したのが、オープン翌日。全体的にエレガントさを意識した店内。今回は個室利用だったが、カウンターならもっと楽しめたかも。
コース料理は主にお任せとお決まりの２種。お任せは、ストップと声をかけるまで様々な串が出続ける危険なパターン。お決まりをいただく。
先ずは串の前に、お店特有の前菜６種盛りがいい出てくる。発酵白菜やリンゴなど、酸を感じさせるものが多い。お店曰く、串のお供または口直し日本食べてくださいとのこと。私としては、写真左下の『鴨のなめろう』にハマる。
本命の串はとても美味しく、良く考えてある。鳥肉だけではなく、鴨やカラスミを塗したカリフラワーなどもあり。
肝心のワインは、全て自然派の、いわゆるバンナチュール。先ずは今流行りのイエローワインから始まり、オーストラリアシャルドネへと続く。
若いお嬢様方の心を掴む工夫だと思うが、おじさんとしては、ワインを売りにしたお店にボジョレー解禁日翌日に入って、全くその匂いがしないのも残念至極。
個人的にはソービニオンブランで始め、ツクネやレバー辺りはグルナッシュかシラーで味わいたかった気分でした。
同店を経営する会社、デリシャスリンクスは、ワインと蕎麦、ワインと鮨などの店舗も営業しているらしい。皆バンナチュールならば、ちょっと行く勇気が出ないかもねぇ。
