Xと書いて数字のTENと読む。看板は、セリーヌのマークと似ている。店名は西麻布になっているが、六本木ヒルズに近いので六本木か乃木坂と言った方がいいだろう。今日のコースは但馬玄ずくしのコース。私の大好きな但馬玄。貴重な牛肉なのだが、これだけ但馬玄を出す焼肉店は他にない。２人から４人の個室のみの営業で、焼き手がずっとついてくれる。個室はとても幻想的ですばらしい。

圧巻の内容だった。さすが但馬玄の美味しさは格別、これにしっかりと肉ベース料理はすばらしい。値段はかなり高いが、それだけの価値がある。雰囲気がいいので女子うけするとも言われるが、そんなことより、お肉がすばらしいし料理としてもすばらしい
