西麻布の交差点からほど近い場所にある蟹ラーメン専門店。
骨董通りの高樹町付近で飲んでいて、近くで〆ラーができるお店を探していたところ、教えていただきました。
蟹ラーメンと閉じないカツ丼をオーダー。
スープは蟹出汁が効いていて、かき卵の威力も合わさり非常に優しい味わい。アルコール漬けの身体に浸透していきます。
甲羅の下にしっかりと身も隠れているので、蟹好きには堪りません。
閉じないカツ丼も人気メニューらしく、それだけをUberで頼む人も見かけました。こちらもふわとろ食感の卵と、衣に絡むタレが絶品。
少しボリューム多めの〆でしたが、どこかで相殺しましょう...。
