本当に楽しみにしていた土佐しらす食堂に漸く来ることが出来ました。
お通しから、ふんわりしていてほんのり甘いしらすです。しらすセットは、しっとりなめらかな大人のポテトサラダ、独特の甘みと歯触りの良い切干し大根、ふわっとした食感が楽しい人参のラペの３品。続いて限定３食のしらす豆腐。出来立て温かの豆腐にたっぷりのしらす。土佐の塩で、さらに甘みが引き立てられます。しらすマヨネーズを付けて食べるちくきゅう、コクのある味わいのしらすとタラコのアヒージョをいただき、締めは禁断のしらすバター丼。まずはバターを付けずにしらすとネギでご飯を楽しむ。次はエシレバターをご飯の温かさで溶かして濃厚な味わいを。さらに二万匹秘伝のタレを掛けるとまた味変。最後にはアヒージョのオイルを投入。しらす丼は、４回の味変を楽しめる最強の丼です！
ドリンクメニューも充実していて、おすすめいただいた珍しい山椒入りのクラフトビールTOSACO、土佐のお酒美丈夫としらぎくも全て堪能いたしました。
