会社近くに知らない中華料理屋さんを見つけまして、そちらで偵察がてらランチを。
『川府人家』というお店で、四川系ということで興味津々です♪
お店は2Fにあります。
店内はテーブル席メインで、コロナ禍の中でも半分位の入りでした。
ランチメニューはこんな感じ。
麻婆豆腐を食べようと思っていましたが、よだれ鶏とかもあって結構迷っちゃいますね。
迷った末にオーダーは『四川風汁なし刀削担々麺』950円。
辛さを選べるので、大辛をチョイス。
すると、「かなり辛いですけどダイジョブですか？」と。
ちょっと不安になりましたが多分大丈夫ということでそのまま大辛で。
結論から言うと、大辛にしておいてよかったなということで、かなりいい感じの辛さです。
この上の激辛は結構やばいかもね。
ゴマ風味もしっかりとしていて、想像以上にハイレベルな味わいです。
もうちょいラー油ほしいかな。油分が少ない印象。
刀削麺ですので、不揃いで食感がいいですね。
ボリュームもほどよい塩梅です。
ライスとサラダ、杏仁豆腐もついてこれはなかなかお得感もあっていいですね。
次は麻婆豆腐かな。
