ミシュランも獲得している銀座の名店「馳走啐啄」が移転して、店名も新たに「日本料理 ときわ」として西麻布にオープンされたとのこと。
しかし、時はコロナ過の真っ只中、会食もままならない状況で始められたのがこのテイクアウト(要予約)。
さらにご主人自ら近くの駅までご持参頂けるという心のこもった計らいをして下さいました。
そして、こんなにも素晴らしいお重がやって来ました。
そのお仕事の丁寧さ、見た目の美しさ、そしてどれを取っても素材の持つ味を十分に引き出した味付けに心から感動しました。
ご主人の持つ「技」の全てを味わえるお重は最高の芸術品。
一生忘れられないお重となりました。
