西麻布に大人の居酒屋がオープンしました！
「居酒屋たぬき」です。
場所は、西麻布の交差点からすぐの場所。
この大きな暖簾が目印です。
明るい店内は、活気のあるカウンターとテーブルで合計21席。
この日はカウンターへ。
この日は、おまかせコース10品をオーダーしました。
さらに、がぶ飲みコースと呼ばれる飲み放題は2,000円。
まずは、前菜の3品からスタート。
ふんわりなめらかな舌触りの、玉葱のムース。
白身魚の昆布〆に、
飲み放題はワインもあり、日本酒もあって嬉しい！
続いて、フォアグラの茶わん蒸しです。
優しいお出汁の茶わん蒸しに、濃厚なフォアグラ。
そして、温菜の3品です。
ふんわり焼いた白身魚に、鮮やかなほうれん草ソースを合わせて。
お漬物をちょこちょこつまみながら。
続いて、カニクリームコロッケ。
クリーミーで濃厚な蟹たっぷり。美味しい。
お肉は、ぷりっとした食感の軍鶏の麹漬け焼き。ソースは白みそです。
〆の食事は、ハヤシライス、すだちそうめん、有田牛の炙りユッケ飯の、
3種類からチョイスできますよ。
ハツは有田牛の炙りユッケ飯をチョイス。
ごはんの上に乗ったつくねのようなお肉の塊に、卵黄を崩して。
お肉を崩してみると、中がほどよくレア〜！
お肉の旨味にタレ、そして卵黄が合わさっておいしい。ごはんにもぴったりの味わい。
お酒もガッツリ飲んで、〆までしっかりと堪能して、
この価格はかなりお得。
西麻布の真ん中なのに、この明るい雰囲気というギャップもいいですね。
