初めて外苑前銀杏並木のナイトアップを友人らと観に来たら、なんとも寒く、寒さ回避のご褒美利用に友人が選定した居酒屋たねき。
外苑前銀杏並木から確か15分以上歩く距離だったが、ここがまさか青山界隈お洒落ゾーンに位置するのが信じられないくらい穴場なたぬき。逆に、そんなミスマッチングが店名同様親しみやすくも思えた。
友人が予約した早め時間に来店すると店内は空いていたが、時間と共に家族連れや友人同士の客層でいっぱいになった。
カジュアルユーズ向けの居酒屋だが、おひとり様はいない。また、簡潔で質素な店造りの居酒屋なのに、なんだか上品さが漂うのは客層の影響だろうか。
ともあれ、冷えた身体でも先ずはトリビーで再会を祝い乾杯して、身体の芯を温める為、自身は日本酒の熱燗に移行。(断り:記載画像はオーダーした一分しかアップしていない)
腹ペコ状態の我らが見境もなく次々と追加オーダーし、総額がかなり高くなったけど、これも稀有な場所で邂逅できて楽しく飲酒できた事に対する対価と思えば納得する。
オーダーした料理は外れなく満足したが、質を重視し少量提供店と見解される。とはいえ、腹ペコさんには、ご飯物や麺類も有るので、家族で来て飲む人と食べる人に別れて使える店。居酒屋メニューは九州地方のものを中心に置いていた。
