鰤のお造りは
柚子の醤油で仕上がっており、
しっかりとした脂に対してさっぱり。
季節のお野菜蒸籠蒸しは
ドライトマト味噌タプナードがついてきて、
これがむかごと相性めちゃくちゃいい！
お野菜多めなコースも優しいですね。
季節の鮮魚とオレンジ白菜のブイヤベース仕立ては
ちょっと和出汁の要素も感じる気がして、
和洋共存な感じ。
寒い季節に最高。
鴨つくね詰めの手羽餃子は
独特の感じは少なく、ハンバーグに近いつくね感。
炙りユッケご飯は
選べる四種の〆から！
目の前で炙ってくれます。
自分でご飯の上に広げてタレをかけていただく！
香ばしくってご飯の甘味ともよくあって美味しい！
デザートも選べます。
チョコレートプリンは濃厚クリーミーでした。
