A small Chinese restaurant located in a residential area from Nogizaka Station. The chef, who has earned one Michelin star, will be serving Sichuan-based cuisine that incorporates Japanese elements. I made a reservation and visited for lunch on a holiday. Cheers with beer. One course will cost 3800 yen. - Spring Mochi with Shrimp and Colorful Vegetables A style of eating shrimp and vegetables rolled up like Crepes. The sauce is very delicious, but it's a little hard to eat. A slightly strange dish to start with. -3 types of appetizers First time seeing a big clam! This is delicious. The steamed chicken is also soft and delicious. It goes well with Shaoxing wine. -Sweet and sour pork with black vinegar The sweet and sour taste is very delicious. -Mabo tofu & rice It's not too spicy, but the spices are just right. -Dessert It was an elegant almond tofu. Reservations are required as it is a small shop. It was a shame that the course timing was a little early, but it was a polite meal. Next time I would like to visit at night. Thank you for the meal.
