コースの序盤に出てきたタン、ハラミ、ヒレは美味しかったが、焼きしゃぶ、カルビ、ホルモンはどれもタレの甘味が強すぎてくどく感じてしまった。
名物の肉飯も全てが甘いタレの味になっていて食べづらかった。
