美人オーナーによる“お肉レクチャー”付き。低カロリー・低脂質の赤身肉が人気です。
若手の美人オーナー大森まなみさんの豊かな知見が、コース料理にふんだんに活かされています。現役のモデルさんでお顔が小さい！
一皿目のサラダには約40種類の野菜が含まれていて、冷たい野菜は胃を収縮させてしまうことから温野菜もふんだんに取り入れられています。
このサラダはすごい！！温かいのと冷たいのと、今まで食べたことのない40種類のサラダ♪
2品目の野菜出汁の温かいスープも相まって、胃の内壁にクッションを作るイメージで、お肉の消化を助けてくれるそうです。
メインはA5ランクや霜降り肉ではなく、ほどよく筋肉のついた経産牛の赤身のステーキ。
赤身肉は低カロリー・低脂質で、ダイエットや貧血が気になる女性にとってはうれしい栄養がたっぷり含まれているとのことです。
超希少な黒毛経産和牛の赤身肉を中心に使って、280分間、極上の火入れを施した、噛めば噛むほど肉汁と旨味溢れる、芯まで温かいステーキがメイン。
扱う食材は全て、シェフ小松さんが現地で試食したものを使用されているとのことです。
茹でキャベツにくるまれたお肉。キャベツもとても美味しかったです。
1日10名様限定。完全防音の個室はカラオケができて、全面のマジックミラーに映像が映し出されます！誕生日会、会食、お子様連れにも人気です♪
