Visited "GINAGINA", a 13-minute walk from Hiroo Station. This is a restaurant owned by the very beautiful Omori, where you can enjoy Steak, paella, etc. made by Chef Komatsu, who trained in Spain and Italy. I made a reservation for 8pm on a weekday. I ordered the GINAGINA course for 24,200 yen and the pairing for 8,000 yen. ① Iwasaki's egg white truffle - White truffle made from Chichibu's free-range eggs heated to 66 degrees. The truffle scent and rich egg make it an excellent first dish! ② Salad with 40 types of vegetables delivered directly from the farm - Great appearance and taste! ③ Shogoin Turnip Potage Scallops - The scent of turnips is very pleasant. Gentle and delicious. ④ Aomori Sankatsujime. - The harmony of the fatty sole and the vegetables on the side is delicious. ⑤ Kuroge Wagyu beef skirt steak from Miyazaki Prefecture - Meat. Rich flavor!
