Their signature `` Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'' (starting at 2,068 yen per person) is made with carefully selected pure domestic beef hormones, and is based on the rich chicken bones of free-range chicken. We have created Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) plenty of high-quality collagen. There is only one type of soup, the ``secret chicken bone rich soy sauce soup'', which has been studied extensively and is not available to the public. The carefully selected soup goes perfectly with the Chinese noodles and porridge to finish the dish. Enjoy the flavor of the secret soup, vegetables, and offal to the last drop!
