Yesterday, my boss brought me to this restaurant for a slightly late New Year's party. Mita Basara Bettei is located in a quiet area even in the Roppongi area. Villa? All Sukiyaki is prepared by the staff at the restaurant, and it was a restaurant where you could enjoy just looking at the exquisite way the food was prepared. It's rice that is eaten as a meal with Sukiyaki, but this was also a surprise. Not only is the rice cooked in an earthenware pot, but the rice chosen by the rice master is also used, and the rice used on this day is the ``Musubi no Kami'' rice dedicated to Ise Jingu Shrine from Mie Prefecture. was.
