「パンナコッタ ベリーソース添え」
ぷるぷるのミルキーなパンナコッタに、ベリーの果肉たっぷりのソースを合わせて。パンナコッタそのものの弾力ある食感が心地よいです。生クリーム多用せず、余計なコーンスターチも使わないのが、この滑らかさを生み出します。
