I came here because I wanted to try Chef Nakamura's cooking. Boiled turnips, mixed conger eel, sashimi of octopus and tuna, shellfish bowl, straw-broiled mackerel, steamed shrimp and rape blossoms, rockfish Sushi, burdock with perilla, Chinese ink mochi, soba, charcoal-grilled red bonito Grilled duck and wild vegetables in jibuni, boiled conger eel pickled tuna whitebait, white fish on rice with egg, chilled strawberry shiruko, sweet potato.I am always impressed by the delicateness and uniqueness of Mr. Nakamura's cooking. Thank you for the meal.
