全国各地の食材を使ったフランス料理がいただけるレストランです。
希少な峯村牛を使ったメイン料理は絶品でした〜
ワインソムリエの資格を持つスタッフさんが
お料理に合うナチュールワインをペアリングで提供いただけます。
ワイン好きな人にオススメしたいお店です！
・峯村牛と4%の奇跡 スキヤキ仕立て
希少なブランド牛である峯村牛と4%の奇跡と言われる黒毛和牛を贅沢にスキヤキ仕立てでいただきました。
甘いスキヤキダレと濃厚な黄身、トリュフの香りが合わさって、とっても美味しかったです〜
・初鰹 新玉ねぎピューレ
絶妙な火入れがされた初鰹をいただきました。火が通っている部分と生の部分があって、どちらもそれぞれ良さを感じることができるお料理でした。
粒マスタードが良いアクセントになっています！
・国産ホワイトアスパラ モリーユと頂上たんかん
瑞々しいホワイトアスパラをいただきました。味付けのソースがコクがあって、美味し過ぎました
白ワインと良く合いました。
・昆布森牡蠣 三重県神酢マリネ
新鮮な牡蠣を使ったお料理
酸味のあるジュレと一緒に合わせていただけます！
・筍 桜エビムース
今が旬の筍(筍と旬って似てる)を贅沢に使ったお料理
味付けはあえて控えめだったので、筍の風味が濃く感じられて良かったです！
桜エビも存在感たっぷりでした
・ホタルイカとうるいのリゾット
〆にたっぷりのリゾットをいただきました。
チーズがたくさん入ったクリーミーなリゾットでした。
ボリュームたっぷりでお腹いっぱいになりました。
・稲作本店コシヒカリポタージュ
お米を使った珍しいポタージュをいただきました。コシヒカリのほのかな甘みが感じられて美味でした〜
