●感想
・希少な「屋久島のシカ」
・「鯛一郎クン」というエサにこだわり抜いた鯛
・「信州峯村牛」という年間70頭しか流通しない幻の牛
・しめのプロにより眠り〆にされた猪の肉
（YouTubeで見たら正直かなり怖かったけど、プロにしかできない技らしい。）
どの食材も珍しすぎて、まるで食のテーマパークみたいだった。
シェフはお正月のテレビにも出る食通芸能人の元専属シェフ。
食材の価値を感じながら心で食べたい人は、絶対に一回は体験してほしい！
