六本木と麻布十番の中間に位置するおしゃれなビストロ。
店内はモダンでスタイリッシュで、落ち着いた照明。今回は個室に案内されました。
コース料理はボリュームたっぷりで、海産物とジビエ料理が楽しめます。特にお昼はおにぎり屋さんのこだわりのお米を使用しており、それをフレンチと日本酒と組み合わせるのは珍しい経験で、ワインの種類も豊富で、お酒好きな方にはたまらない場所です。

・稲作本店のコシヒカリピュレ 冷製合わせ出汁
三角コシヒカリおにぎりは可愛らしいです。もちもちの食感と冷たい出汁の組み合わせは素晴らしかったです。
・山形県産の黒いちじくと北海道ホタテのカシューナッツクリーム
黒いちじくとホタテの組み合わせがユニークで、カシューナッツクリームがクリーミーさを引き立てていました。ホタテも大ぶりでプリプリの食感でした。
・銚子の鰹とニンニククリームときのこのデュクセル
皮の香ばしさと鰹の風味が絶妙で、きのこのソースも素晴らしいアクセントで、山と海の素晴らしい組み合わせでした。
・長野県産の峯村牛 卵黄とトリュフのぬた風
目の前で削るサマートリュフの風味は贅沢でした。
・タスマニアオーガニックラム トマトクミン
大人向けの料理で、ラム好きな方にはたまらない、奥深い味わいが楽しめました。
・福岡県糸島市産の眠り〆熟成猪 エシャロットとマスタード
眠り〆の技術によって猪肉が美味しく仕上がり、脂もさっぱりしており、クセになる味わいでした。
・愛媛県宇和島産の鯛一郎くんの卵かけごはん
ふわふわの卵かけごはんが絶妙で、シンプルながらも素材の美味しさが際立っています。
ましたが、完食しました。
価格設定もリーズナブルで、デートや友人との食事にもおすすめです。
