ミラノで20年活躍されたシェフの凱旋帰国によるリストランテ。食べログ予備知識として得たお料理は想像してたよりずっと軽やかで、コースを最後まで堪能させて頂きました。少し日が経ってしまったので全部のお料理は思い出せないですが、フリットと、バジルがアクセントとなった桃のコンポートは夏っぽくとても好みでした。ワインはペアリングで頼んだのですが、お料理に合わせて選択肢も提供してくれ、最後までそちらも楽しめました。好みの問題ですが、都内のイタリアンの中では私は好き。夏の間にまたふらっとワインを飲みに伺いたいです。
