One of our strengths is our ingredients. Because we have long-standing relationships with good vendors, we are able to purchase high-quality ingredients and provide them at reasonable prices. Particularly recommended are the plump prawns and sea urchin purchased from one of Toyosu's leading vendors. The tuna is wild-caught tuna purchased from Yamayuki, who won the most tuna at the first auction. Sushi can be ordered assorted or a la carte. There is also a wide variety of thin rolls that are easy to share. You can also make requests based on your preferences, so why not ask the chef for today's recommendations?

Our parent company is a liquor store with one of the largest wine inventories in Tokyo at 30,000 bottles. We work directly with importers and offer rare wines carefully selected by sommeliers at reasonable prices. Although we are a Sushi restaurant, we also have a wine cellar, so you can casually enjoy Sushi and wine. They also have a wide selection of sake, with 18 types available by the glass. We mainly have good standard sake, but we also have rare and seasonal sake. During the late hours, you are welcome to use Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) like an izakaya with special dishes and alcoholic beverages.
