試食会にお招きいただく機会があり、その魅力に触れることが出来ました。
『良いフレンチのお店教えて』って聞かれたら時に、コスパを含めて真っ先に挙げる事間違いなし‼️ めっちゃ気に入ったので、しっかりとレポートさせていただきました。
【セールポイント】
東京最高のレストラン2024に掲載されたモダンクラシカルフレンチ。六本木ミッドタウンの斜め前に位置し、しかも一階という好立地。内観はオシャレで中央部分に見せるキッチンを配置して、それをコ字状にカウンター席が取り巻くクールな雰囲気。季節ごとに旬の食材を厳選して、顧客登録で同じ料理を出さないようにされているとのことでした。

【料理・味】
季節の旬の食材を使ったフレンチ料理で、素材の産地（県名）がメニューに記されている。独創的なお料理が楽しめ、旬の食材に和の技法とフランス料理が融合している。どの料理も手がかかっていることがよくわかる。また、少しづつ旬の味を楽しみながら、もう少し食べたいという量が、各料理に凝縮されている。
【アクセス】
六本木ミッドタウンの近くに位置し、東京メトロ乃木坂駅から徒歩3分、六本木駅からも徒歩5分ほどの好立地。外苑東通り沿いにあり、アクセスしやすい。
【店雰囲気】
モノトーンでクールな内装でありながら、明るいファサードから外光が柔らかく店内に降り注ぎ、落ち着いた雰囲気が漂う。どっち向きに座っても退屈しないが、奥カウンターからは外の歩道を歩く人の空気感を感じ取れる。木を基調としたモダンな内装で、海外ゲストにも対応可能。
【サービス】
丁寧な接客が特徴であり、ソムリエの方がワイン選びをわかりやすく教えてくれる。料理説明も日本語と英語で行われ、親しみやすいサービスが提供される。通常4名のシェフでお店をまわしており、下準備に相当な時間をかけて段取りされているんだろうと想像が付く。
【価格・コスパ】
コース料理は抑えめの価格設定でありながら、本格的なフレンチ料理が楽しめる。料理の質を鑑みると料金は安めであり、六本木でこれだけのお料理が食べれてコスパが間違いなく良い。
