7月11日にオープンした一石三鳥グループの【江戸料理】
お店に入ってすぐに囲炉裏で焼かれている鮎と鴨が目に入り、ワクワクしました。
いただいたのは蒼天コース。

前菜の熊肉にビックリ。
初めて食べるのでドキドキしたけれど、臭みもなく牛肉と言われて出されたら疑わない感じでした。
コースの中で鮑と玉蜀黍ご飯が特にお気に入り。
三重県在住なので鮑を食べる機会が多いのですが、今まで食べた揚げ鮑の中で1番美味しかった(^^)
鮑の香りと食感を損なわない小判揚げ、素晴らしかったです⭐︎
お酒の種類が豊富で何を飲むか迷ったけれど、好みを聞いてくださりスパークリング、白、赤ワイン、日本酒を堪能。
美味しい料理とお酒に浸っていたら時間が結構過ぎてしまい、デザートは個室へ案内されました。
個室がまたいい‼︎
2つの席を堪能できてラッキーでした。
友人と、400年前にこのお料理を食べていたのかな？と江戸時代に思いを馳せながら終始楽しく過ごせたので、誰でも楽しめる事間違いなしの和食処でした。
また行きたい♪
