What if you could travel back in time to the Edo period 400 years ago? If you introduce the latest equipment, techniques, and cooking processes to the five methods of Edo cuisine: raw, boiled, grilled, fried, and steamed, you can create even more wonderful dishes. The theme is "fantasy and excitement." Unique to our group, we offer a new culinary story that combines the good old days and the near future, ``A picture scroll of three birds with one stone brought back to the present day.'' Please enjoy our amazing dishes, which are created from Edo traditions and unique perspectives, making use of the freshness of the ingredients.

The inside of the store is a stylish and elegant space where you can feel the atmosphere of Edo culture. In order to recreate the appearance of the time, the interior is finished with materials from the Edo period, such as clay walls and old wood. The 13 seats at the large semicircular counter are a chef's table where you can enjoy robatayaki right in front of your eyes. It can be divided into two counter rooms for 6 people each, so you can rest assured of your privacy. There are 3 private rooms for 2 to 4 people with tables covered in Japanese paper. It is a tatami room with a tatami floor and a horigotatsu.

Gomi Goho / We offer a rich variety of menus designed from a multifaceted perspective, while valuing the traditions and techniques inherent in Japanese-style meal. Focusing on the four major Edo cuisine specialties: Edomae sushi, tempura, soba, and eel, we offer an array of exquisite dishes that make use of carefully selected, extremely fresh ingredients. We recommend Robatayaki, which you can enjoy at the counter with a realistic atmosphere. Be sure to try fish, chicken, and other wild game such as bear, wild boar, and pheasant.

We have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, mainly domestic products, selected by our sommeliers and sake masters after carefully considering their compatibility with the food. We have a wide lineup of sake brands from 47 prefectures. We mainly purchase wine from Yamanashi Prefecture and Nagano Prefecture. We also have vintage whiskies, including ``Yamazaki'' and ``Hibiki.''
