The sushi and snacks are made with seasonal ingredients, using fish procured by the chef himself from Toyosu. This is a delightful and satisfying sushi course prepared by a chef who trained for eight years at a famous Michelin-starred sushi restaurant.
Compared to the standard sushi course, there is also a wide selection of snacks grilled at the charcoal grill next door.
A luxurious course that includes sea urchin rolls filled with plenty of sea urchin, tuna carefully selected by the chef, and snacks. The souvenir is the very popular Seafood thick roll.
