いつもは生ハムをミッドタウンのDean&Delucaで買っており日本製の生ハムでもグラム1,600円ぐらいですが、こちらでは数種類から選べ、どのハムを注文しても同一価格で、つまりハモンセラーノであって...
麻布十番から移転してこちらに。生ハムをたくさん食べたい自分には嬉しすぎるスライスとお値頃感。やはり切り立てはいいですね。まだオープンしたてで、サンドイッチはありませんでしたが、是非それも再開して欲しい。
このチーズは、非常に柔らかいクリーミーなチーズです。
美味しいので二回購入しました。
新しい時はクセは無いが食べ頃になるとややクセが強くなります。
他には無いチーズです。
