Our sushi is made with fresh ingredients procured through our own unique route from Toyosu Market every morning. We carefully select fresh fish that are in season at the time. In addition, we use a variety of carefully selected ingredients, such as our homemade soy sauce and wasabi that are free of chemical seasonings and preservatives, and our rice made with carefully selected rice and sugar-free rice vinegar. We offer special sushi that combines tradition with a modern approach. Other offer Ramen made with seafood broth, and other exquisite dishes that cater to all tastes and tastes.

We offer a wide variety of rare local sakes from all over Japan, from dry to sweet, including limited edition "Kokuryu" sake and "Hibi." As our stock changes with the seasons, you can enjoy sake from all seasons. Our potato shochu in particular has many limited editions, and is attractive because you can enjoy them at reasonable prices.
