◎先付けはカラスミ、松茸、二色の万願寺と色々な菜を胡麻風味で。
◎海老味噌の白子豆腐はふわふわで、上品な味わい。
◎フカヒレの揚げ物。山椒塩をちょっとふって、こんな肉厚なフカヒレ初めて食べました。
◎ヒラメと白トリュフのお刺身。塩とわさびをちょっとのせて、トリュフを巻いて頂きました。
◎琵琶湖産の子持ち鮎塩焼き。頭からガブリと全部頂きました。
◎雲丹とキャビアのそうめん。キャビア沢山すぎます。
◎ハモをさっと茹でて、玉ねぎの入った山椒が隠し味の和風タレにつけて。
◎松茸を水菜と冬瓜のお鍋。これは松茸の土瓶蒸しに近いし味でした。
◎ 黒トリュフの炊き込みご飯。トリュフご飯発祥のお店だけあってトリュフの風味が凄かったです。
◎メロン、ラフランス、ザクロ、シャインマスカットにリコッタチーズとトリュフの蜂蜜漬けソースをかけて。
◎日本酒はしずく
全部食べたことのない美味さ。
しかし美味しかった。
