今晩は、お寿司を食べることになり、このお店にしました。いつもそうなのですが、明るい電話応対です。

19時に行ったのですが、我々の席以外は、既に満席です。
場所柄、外国人も多いです。
カウンター席がメインで、カウンターに沿った料理するところに、何人もの板前の方々が並びます。

つまみをお任せで頼みました。

最初は、キリンラガービールを瓶で頼みました(瓶しかありません)
冷酒を、二種類、最後に熱燗で締めました。

タイミング良く出てくる、厳選した旬の食材を駆使した料理を楽しみ、最後に６貫の握りを食べました。ここの、しゃりに感動します。
