夕方５時半からの30分
自宅から最寄りのすし屋がまつ勘で本当にありがたい。
寿司食べよとなったら、ここしか行かない。
いついってもおなじ。大音量のいらっしゃい！
白木のカウンター、明るい店内は清潔でシンプル。
日本の寿司屋はこういうとこですという見本のような。
町の常連さんや近所の方が集う、
時間がないけどどうしても鮨が食べたいとういうことで、開店直後17:30に入店。
瓶ビール1本、グラス２つ
鮨だけおまかせでお願いしま～す。
コチ（うんまい、ポン酢で）
こはだ（やさしめ、肉厚）
甘エビ（おおぶり）
赤貝（あまい、ぷりぷり）
スミイカ（ねっとり、あっさり、塩と柚皮ちょんちょん）
お銚子くださ～い
中とろ（さいこー！う～ん、うなる、旨味がすごい、。本マグロに違いない）
アジ（肉厚）
漬け（ねっとり、熟成感）
いくら（小粒、しょうゆ漬け、のりもうまい）
ウニ（あまーい、香りもよい～、鼻にぬける～、塩水にちがいない）
あなご（ふたつに切って、塩と詰めと、あなごの香り、味、最高です。特に塩が）
（お椀がついてきますが、お椀は結構ですといったら、ではなにかお好きなもの一つということで）
しめさば（ほぼ生サバ。新鮮お上品、うまい）
握りは小ぶりですが、これだけ食べるとおなかいっぱい。
最高に満足して、おひとり1万円。
もっと食べれる胃がほしい、ほかにもいっぱいたべたかった。
美味しすぎて出てパク、出てパクだったので、
かろうじて、最後のサバだけ写真とりました。

自粛生活でも、寿司は食べたい！
電話でお持ち帰りをオーダー。
お店にとりにいくと、いつもの顔ぶれの皆さんがノンストップ。カウンターの上に折のタワー！テーブルの上に、玉子焼がずらーっ！さすが、凄い繁盛してらっしゃる。
さて、申し訳ないような、立派な手提げからお寿司を取り出す。
包装の紙紐が定式幕色、さすが江戸前、粋ですねー
そういえは、まつ勘さんの勘は中村屋さんの勘。
大の中村屋贔屓なのにこの共通点に今まで気づいてなかった。
お醤油をむらちょこに…おお、いい香り。
アジ（写真でもイワシにも見えるが味はアジだった）ぷっくり新鮮！
子持ち昆布贅沢な厚み、完璧な味！
ヅケ、中トロ、サクッと甘いイカ、アオリイカかな？
鉄火とカッパコンビ！
カンピョウ巻きと玉子焼でフィニッシュ。美味しい。幸せ
8貫でお腹は十分です。次回は8貫の上握りとかお願いしたいです。
緊急事態終わっても持ち帰り続けてほしいです。
