女子3人でランチ
12:00までの予約なら受け付けてくれるとのことだったので、予約をして伺いました
3回目です。半参鶏湯を注文。
お通しのキムチやカクテキ、ナムルなどが出て、グツグツと参鶏湯がお目見え。
鶏の半身。大きい
端で簡単にほぐれて、
荒潮
胡椒をかけていただきました。
夏でもいけますね。
ヘルシーです。
ニンニク、餅米、ナツメ、朝鮮人参が入っており、
あまり得意ではないですが、こちらのは食べれます。
鶏の匂いもしません。
明洞で元祖のお店の黒い鶏の参鶏湯の100倍美味しいと思います
日本人には合っているような。
でもなぜかしらボリュームが以前に比べて少なくなったかな？？気のせいか。
ご飯はお代わりしてキムチもお代わりし、
それでだいぶ満足感を得られました。
参鶏湯ですしね。
食後の生姜茶がめちゃくちゃ美味しいんです。
こちらもテイクアウトしたいくらい。
テイクアウトは大きなパウチに鶏が丸々一羽入っています。暖めるだけです。
それも人気のようで数量限定のようですね。
