TOP5000（当時）のお店みたいなので、ふらっとランチにおじゃまです。黒むつ柚香焼き￥1,540をいただきました。
黒むつは皮に挟まれて蒸されたような焼き上がりで、身がふっくらジューシー、ホクホクでありました。炊きたてのご飯がまたツヤツヤで魚の美味しさを引き立てております。たっぷりの大根おろしも有り難いし、お味噌汁も良いお味でした。ご馳走様です。
お店は最寄り駅から3分位の建物1階にあって、カウンター8席とテーブル5つ位の落ち着いた店内であります。あっという間に満席となり行列が出来ておりました。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは2001年（平成13年）に開業みたい。備長炭の焼台で香ばしく焼き上げられる魚、ちゃんとした和食を気軽に食べていただきたいという店主は、京都の名店たん熊での修業等を経てこちらを開業されたとありました。当時食べログ 3.70（TOP5000）。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
