紹介
麻布十番、こだわりの食材で、少し優雅なひとときしゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼きの、だるまです。
東北から九州迄のその日一番のA5ランク牛。腐乳なしのこだわり自家製胡麻だれにより、
さっぱりとしながらも奥行きのあるお味で召し上がって頂けます。
だるま、もう一つの顔のすき焼きでは、一般的な昆布出汁ではなく煮干し出汁により、
さらに深いコクをお楽しみ頂けます。
十番商店街から南へ少し入った静かな通り沿い。ここに90年代より愛され続けたしゃぶしゃぶ店があります。
一旦休業してから実に7年ぶりの2018年11月末、ついにリニューアルオープンに至りました。
東北から九州の中で、その日一番のA5ランク牛を仕入れております。
